The Division 16 Book Series offers an excellent opportunity to edit or author your first book or next book with the American Psychological Association Press (a premiere publishing house)!

In order to be part of the Division 16 Book Series, the proposals must be submitted through the division book series editor—Michelle M. Perfect, Ph.D. More information on publishing with APA Books and Division 16 may be found here.

We are open to all different topics, but of particular interest include LBGTQ and gender identity; college readiness and transition to college; trauma-informed schools; youth who have experienced adversities such as foster care or homeless youth, including related educational laws and services to support these students; or preschool or early childhood.

We are eager to hear from you and your colleagues about your book ideas!
