We are delighted to announce that our internship program in school psychology in the Center for Mental Health Policy Research and Services in the Department of Psychiatry in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania will be again be offering internship positions for the 2018-2019 academic year (Match #245311).

The primary goal of the School Psychology Internship program in the Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research is to train entry level school psychologists who are highly competent in best practices for children with autism spectrum disorders, and in the application of those practices within public schools and community settings.

  • There are 2 internship slots for 2018-2019
  • Each intern will receive a stipend of $24,000
  • To apply for a 2018-2019 internship, complete an online AAPI application (available at www.appic.org). The program will participate in the national match (www.natmatch.org) (Match # 245311)
  • Applicants are asked to include with their AAPI one psychological evaluation report
  • Our application deadline is 12/01/2017
  • The internship has been developed to provide doctoral training consistent with the APA and NASP guidelines for internships in school psychology. We have submitted materials for review to APPIC for membership. The program is not an APPIC member or APA accredited at this time.
