The Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology of Yeshiva University in New York City is inviting applicants for an Assistant Professor Tenure Track Position in the School-Clinical Child Psychology PsyD Program to start Fall 2025. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with training and scholarship in school or clinical psychology to join the faculty of our secular doctoral program that is committed to inclusivity and affirming of diverse identities. The position will involve teaching graduate courses in school or clinical psychology, maintaining an active research program, mentoring doctoral student research projects, supervising practicum experiences, and participating in service to the program and university.

The ideal candidate should have a doctoral degree in school psychology (APA-accredited or NASP-approved) or combined school-clinical psychology (APA-accredited). Candidates with degrees in clinical psychology (APA-accredited) will also be considered, particularly those with research and teaching qualifications in the area of school-based mental health. Candidates will be prioritized who could teach courses in the areas of cognitive and psychoeducational assessment, school consultation and interventions, or developmental and adult psychopathology. Applicants with graduate teaching experience and a strong record of research productivity and potential for external funding are sought.
