We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow with a strong foundation in interventions research. The fellow will have a leadership role in a randomized controlled trial funded by the NIMH evaluating a digital health enhanced organization, time management, and planning skills intervention for middle school students (PI: Dvorsky). The fellow will serve as a school consultant supporting school mental health providers who are implementing the interventions, facilitate stakeholder focus groups, conduct diagnostic assessments, and assist with supervision of graduate and undergraduate students and staff. Opportunities for data analysis, publications, and grant writing are available and encouraged. The fellow will have the opportunity to publish manuscripts from project data as well as access to multiple large longitudinal and treatment datasets focused on attention, behavior, and psychosocial functioning in children, adolescents, and emerging adults.

The one-to-two-year fellowship is designed to prepare the fellow for licensure in psychology and pursuit of a tenure-track position in academia. Candidates should have a doctorate in clinical, school, educational, or developmental psychology, education, public health, or related discipline by the position start date. Candidates with experience in academic-community partnerships, school mental health research, clinical supervision, and/or consultation with school staff, are especially encouraged to apply. The projected start date for this one-to-two-year fellowship position is July 2022.
