The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University–New Brunswick invites applications for a full-time associate professor tenure-track faculty position in the School Psychology Department. Applications for an assistant professor level will also be considered. The selected individual will advise graduate students, supervise doctoral dissertations, engage in an active, applied research program, contribute service to the department/university/profession, and teach graduate courses related to diversity, service delivery, assessment, and/or research methodology included within our required course sequence in our APA-accredited, NASP-approved School Psychology Program. The minimum qualifications to be considered for this position include a doctorate in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, other relevant field (e.g., Educational Psychology, Developmental Psychology), or enrollment in an APA-accredited doctoral program at the time of application, with expected degree completion by June 2024. The successful candidate should have at least one year of teaching experience and mentoring students. It is preferable that the applicant is licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist and/or credentialed as a school psychologist.
