The Department of Educational and School Psychology (EDSP) at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position beginning August 2016.

The EDSP Department, which includes eight full-time tenure-track faculty, houses the school psychology graduate degree programs including the NASP-accredited specialist (CAGS) and doctoral (D.Ed.) programs, with a focus on the scientist-practitioner model. The department operates the Child Study Center and offers a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology as well as undergraduate service courses.

Required Qualifications: Doctorate in school psychology or equivalent discipline by August 2016 and eligible for certification as a school psychologist.

Candidates must communicate effectively and perform well during the interview(s), which may include a teaching demonstration.

Desired Qualification: Practice as a school psychologist, experience teaching in higher education, eligibility for license in psychology, and research experience in quantitative methods are also desired.
