The Committee of Early Career Psychologists (CECP) is currently engaged in important work on behalf of psychologists within 10 years of earning their PhDs. Division 16’s ECP Workgroup encourages early career members in Division 16 to join the APA early career listserv at http://www.apa.org/careers/
Recent posts have provided updates on the work that CECP is doing across divisions in APA, including the establishment of an early career psychologist office within the Governance Affairs Directorate and continued funding opportunities for ECPs. In addition, the CECP is excited to work with the president-elect of APA, Dr. Antonio Puente, who has indicated his commitment to continuing to foster programming for ECPs.
