Division 16 has developed a Grant Program for School Psychology Internships (GPSPI) to assist with the predoctoral internship crisis in the U.S. The GPSPI’s primary aim is to provide funds and consultation for developing new APPIC School Psychology Internship Programs that will eventually obtain APA Accreditation. Internship programs that accept doctoral students from more than one doctoral program are preferred (non-captive programs).
Applications are now being accepted for 2018 fund allocation, and are due no later than December 1. Please find a full description of the program and application instructions here.
