Division of Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, in partnership with Ascension Seton Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC), seeks a pediatric or clinical child and adolescent psychologist with a proven track record of academic medical center leadership to serve as our Director of Pediatric Psychology at the Texas Child Study Center (TCSC) / Pediatric Mental Health Services at Dell Children’s Medical Center. TCSC consists of 21 pediatric psychologists, 11 child and adolescent psychiatrists, an APA-accredited internship and a pediatric psychology fellowship located at DCMC, a 248-bed Pediatric Level I Trauma Center, one of only five in the state of Texas. Our TCSC clinical educator faculty are highly collaborative and fully integrated throughout the hospital and affiliated medical specialty clinics.
The Director of Pediatric Psychology will participate with hospital and department leadership in overseeing the continued growth and coordinated clinical programming at TCSC and expansion of external research grant funding.
