Our growing new practice is seeking qualified applicants to join our team. Psychological Associates of Central Texas (PACT) has immediate openings for either a full-time or a part-time psychologist. Psychologists are needed for both in-person comprehensive testing, as well as therapy. Interested candidates must have already applied for licensure and either be provisionally or fully licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Candidates with experience in administering comprehensive psychological evaluations to all age ranges are preferred, but supervised experience conducting comprehensive assessments with school-aged children and adolescents is required. Preference will be given to applicants who are both licensed psychologists and licensed specialists in school psychology.
Ideal candidates will also have experience providing individual therapy using evidence-based treatments with children and adolescents. Specialized training in additional areas such as parent training, family therapy, school-based assessments, autism spectrum disorders, and/or ADHD interventions would be beneficial. We will also consider applications for therapists who are licensed to practice in Texas.
We are able to offer supervision for provisionally licensed psychologists. Team members will have the opportunity to participate in monthly team meetings, monthly peer supervision, and case consultation as needed.

- Testing is in-person with COVID-19 safety protocols in place. PPE is provided.
- Psychotherapy may be hybrid virtual and in person, with a commitment to at least one evening or weekend day per week.
- Hours are flexible and guided by both the clinician’s availability and office space availability.
- PACT provides a collegial, supportive, positive working environment, with individual and group consultation and supervision at no cost to our part time and full-time clinicians.
- We are private pay only and out of network. Our administrative assistant provides full administrative support for scheduling and billing. Google Workspace, a secure telehealth platform, and access to our secure electronic medical records are provided.
- We provide an extensive testing library.
