The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, seeks to hire a Post-Doctoral Fellow to participate with a multidisciplinary research team across multiple federally funded grants focused on large-scale school-based instructional coaching studies and school implementation projects (e.g., students at risk for or with reading disabilities or disruptive behavior disorders).  This position is a grant-funded position and offers outstanding applied research opportunities.  The primary responsibility of the position will be to (a) assist PIs on project and data management (b) perform school implementation and data collection (b) generate scholarly journal articles and (c) assist with grant proposals. The hire will have many opportunities to publish journal articles and prepare and submit grant proposals with a highly supportive multidisciplinary research team (school psychology, education, special education, and measurement/statistics).

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a doctorate in School Psychology, Special Education, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology or other related degree in education and experience in school implementation. Interpersonal skills for working with school personnel and a collaborative research team are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior research experience and clinical experience working in schools and school-related settings are preferred.
