The Center promotes the development and national dissemination of products, practices, and policies related to PreK-12 education derived from psychological science.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • PhD in Education or Psychology
    • At least 5 years of senior level management skills including strategic planning, fiscal, administrative, and personnel management.
    • Minimum of 10-15 years education experience involving the application of psychology to PreK-12 education (e.g., research, teaching) with special emphasis on instruction, learning, development, and well-being of students and school professionals.
    • Evidence of national recognition and reputation within education/psychology communities.
