The School of Professional Psychology (SOPP), in the College of Health, Education, and Human Services at Wright State University (WSU) invites outstanding applicants for multiple full-time (12-months) faculty positions, open rank, in our APA-accredited Psy.D. program in Clinical Psychology to start as early as possible. We are seeking individuals to join our diverse and innovative faculty to teach, supervise professional dissertations, engage in scholarship and SOPP, college and university-level service activities and potentially provide clinical supervision. Requirements: Applicants must have a doctorate from an APA-accredited doctoral program, completed an APA-accredited internship, demonstrated ability to teach practitioner students, and be licensed in Ohio as a psychologist or be able to acquire licensure in Ohio within one year of appointment. Applicants must also have a broad commitment to the practitioner model of professional education and the School’s mission of integrating diversity into all aspects of our program. 

Preferred: Licensure in Ohio at the time of hire. While areas of specialty remain open for all positions, we are particularly interested in applicants with teaching, scholarly/ creative activity, and clinical experience (e.g., assessment, intervention, consultation) in one or more of the following areas: child, adolescent, and family psychology, forensics, and/or psychopharmacology. If applicants are interested in the potential leadership opportunities (outlined below), it is preferred applicants have experience in leadership/administration activities (e.g., committee chair, associate director of clinical training).
