The School Psychology program at the University of Alabama invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of School Psychology with a start date of August 16, 2025 depending on candidate availability. This is a nine-month, non-tenure earning position with a contract of three years, eligible for renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Teach graduate level courses and provide university supervision for practica/internships in School Psychology program;
- Contribute to program administration and program activities in both the on-campus and distance learning (hybrid) programs in School Psychology;
- Provide effective mentorship and advisement to promote School Psychology graduate students’ professional competence and skill development;
- Contribute to initiatives and activities in the department and college;
- Provide leadership in service and outreach to the university, school districts/other agencies, and professional of School Psychology.
