Required Degree:
Ph.D. in School Psychology (must be completed by the start date)
Desirable Experience:
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching courses in school psychology content areas
- Strong record or clear potential for high-quality research in school psychology
- Experience mentoring and advising students in field-based work and research
- Demonstrated excellence as a school psychologist in educational settings
- License eligibility as a psychologist and/or school psychologist
Duties/Expectations:
- Teach graduate courses in school psychology
- Mentor and supervise students in the Educational Specialist (EdS) program
- Conduct independent research
- Active engagement in ongoing enhancement to improve program outcomes and student experiences
- Support the work of the BYU-Public School Partnership (https://byupartnership.org/)
- Support university, college, and department goals and mission (see: https://www.byu.edu/about)
