The Division 16 Executive Committee voted to approve a new Division 16 Research Committee at our last meeting. This committee will support reviewing proposals for live webinars and home study for Continuing Education Units (CEUs), evaluating research participation requests, and broadly providing research-related guidance to the Division. As such, we are seeking inaugural members!
This committee a great way to get involved with the division and/or gain an opportunity to engage in national service that shouldn’t be too time intensive. We will meet synchronously via Zoom for 1 hour each quarter and I will send materials to review asynchronously as they come in (probably 30 mins – 1 hour of your time a month).
We welcome individuals at all career stages and those working in PK-12 schools, colleges/universities, clinical settings, etc.!
