The School Psychology Program at Texas A&M University is conducting a national search for a tenure-track/tenured Assistant or Associate Professor of School Psychology, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2027.
We are seeking a colleague with an established or developing programmatic line of research that contributes significantly to mental health and/or work with culturally and linguistically broad populations. We are particularly interested in candidates who are committed to impactful scholarship, external funding, high-quality graduate education and mentorship, and meaningful contributions to the field of school psychology.
Our APA-accredited doctoral program is housed in Texas A&M’s Department of Educational Psychology, alongside programs in Counseling Psychology, Special Education, Bilingual/ESL Education, Research, Measurement, and Statistics, and Developmental Sciences. The successful candidate will join a collaborative group of faculty with strong commitments to research, doctoral training, professional practice, and externally supported scholarship.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field and must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a psychologist in Texas.
