- Established Program — Practicum, Doctoral Internship, and Postdoctoral Fellowship levels are already in place. This is not a build-from-scratch role.

- Accreditation in Progress — Help refine systems and support continued progress toward APA accreditation.
- Balance & Impact — Maintain a small clinical caseload (5–10 hours/week) while leading and developing the next generation of clinicians.
What You’ll Do
Training Leadership & Supervision
Provide individual and group supervision, schedule didactics, and support trainees at every level through accessible, developmentally informed, neuroaffirming supervision.
Program Operations & Quality
Maintain training systems, monitor progress, ensure compliance, review documentation, and support onboarding and ongoing trainee development.
Collaboration & Program Development
Partner with leadership on recruitment, evaluations, program improvements, and ongoing progress toward APA accreditation.
Direct Clinical Services
Maintain a small, intentional neurodevelopmental assessment caseload and model high-quality, neuroaffirming assessment practices.

Minimum Requirements
- PsyD or PhD in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
- Current, active, unrestricted license in California
- Formal training in autism assessment; ADOS-2 experience strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, supervision, or training
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines governing clinical practice and training
- Successful background check required
Prior Training Director experience is not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with APA-accredited or accreditation-seeking programs
- Proficiency with EHR, video conferencing, and learning management systems
- Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities
- Prior supervision experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
$140,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
