The Child Mind Institute invites you to the 16th annual On the Shoulders of Giants Scientific Symposium on Thursday, December 3, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Featuring Dr. Peter Szatmari, 2026 Sarah Gund Prize recipient, alongside Kathy Georgiades, PhD, and Stelios Georgiades, PhD, the symposium will explore how research can inform more personalized and accessible mental health care for children and adolescents.

A roundtable moderated by Mark Ghaly, MD, MPH, will bring together experts in pediatric care, public health, and community-based services to discuss earlier access to support, the role of schools and digital tools, and how to expand effective care without compromising quality.

The event is free, online, and will be recorded. CE credits for psychologists and social workers, and CME credits for psychiatrists, are available to registered course participants.
