NeuroClarity engages licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) as 1099 independent contractors to conduct telehealth neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations for children, teens and adults across 44 states and the District of Columbia.
Requirements
Licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Demonstrable experience conducting autism diagnostic evaluations is a requirement, not a preference. ADOS-2 and ABAS-3 experience is central; the SRS-2 is also used. Depth in ADHD, anxiety and related presentations is valued. Clinicians fluent in languages beyond English are actively sought.
The work
A focused, approximately 90-minute secure telehealth session. A dedicated care team handles intake, scheduling and logistics. The platform organizes intake data, provides pre-evaluation summaries, automatically scores questionnaires, and supports report drafting with voice-note capture, so reports are designed for same-day completion. AI supports the work around the evaluation; it never diagnoses. Every diagnostic decision is made and signed by the clinician, who retains full autonomy in clinical decision-making and diagnostic conclusions.
Terms
1099 independent contractor, fully remote, self-set hours. A minimum caseload may apply to remain active in the network. Clinicians see patients only in jurisdictions where they hold active licensure or PSYPACT authorization. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate that varies with experience and is stated plainly and in writing before signing. The platform and AI-assisted documentation tools are provided at no cost.
Onboarding
Self-paced modules on the platform, PSYPACT and multistate rules, telehealth foundations, and differential diagnosis and documentation, followed by live training and supervised practice before the first independent case. Structured case review and mentorship are available. A full caseload is available from day one.
