The Psychology Department’s NASP-Accredited graduate School Psychology program provides carefully focused knowledge and training in school psychology, which will be the center point of this successful candidate’s teaching load. This position also includes active involvement in the administration of the Specialist-level (MA/CAS) School Psychology program, with the opportunity to develop and maintain an active research program that engages undergraduate and graduate students in meaningful roles in the research process, supervising School Psychology interns and practicum students, and engaging in community outreach appropriate to such supervision. The opportunity to teach some undergraduate courses may also arise. With the appropriate training and interest, the candidate could have opportunities to receive post-doctoral supervision for licensure.
